Michelle Blair: House Manager/Secretary/Volunteer Coordinator/HCP Little Theatre Co-Director
Michelle loves theater, but doesn't have the acting bug because of stage fright and not being able to speak in public. She enjoyed watching her husband and kids on stage. She began her theatrical journey over a decade ago, when she took on the role of house manager, and has been in that position ever since.
During the past few years, Michelle has taken on several other responsibilities, including co-founding and co-directing The HCP Little Theatre. She has been in 2 shows with a silent part, two shows with a couple of lines, and auditioned for one show. She is the current secretary, House Manager, and in any other roles that HCP needs help with. You can call her HCP's Jack-of-all-Trades.
She currently resides in Rineyville with her husband, Ron, her son, Caleb, and our four feline friends, Nubbins, Tengu, Akira, and Mochi: one dog, Gingko.
Doug Kolpak: Treasurer
Douglas Kolpak, originally from Chicago, made his 15th appearance with the Hardin County Playhouse in the 2024 production of A Christmas Carol. Doug’s first audition for the Playhouse was for Jesus Christ Superstar in 2014 – which he did on a dare from another bass singer in his local church choir. Doug, and his wife Carrie, have been married for almost 45 years and have three children – Kyle, Kelley, Kody, and a daughter-in-law Chelsea! In addition to performing, he currently serves on HCP’s Board of Directors as Treasurer.

She has spent six years teaching theatre and dance for Hardin County Schools. She has been heavily involved in multiple productions, both onstage and backstage, in recent years including Heathers: The Musical, Tom Sawyer, Miracle on 34th Street, Next to Normal, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and is the proud director of HCP 2024 production of A Christmas Carol.
She currently works for Baptist Health Hardin as a Respiratory Therapist. She has been married for over 10 years to her high school sweetheart, Mason DeRamos. Since 2023, she and her family have become active members of the HCP community, performing together and attending every show. She appeared in 9 to 5 with the Playhouse and says watching her sons perform in Wonka Jr. was a dream come true and her favorite memory on stage.
With a background in music and a passion for the arts, Angela brings warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm to the board. Originally from Louisville and now a Hardin County resident since 2019, she hopes to help make HCP a welcoming place that nurtures the joy of theater for families and performers of all ages.
